Homebrew Anther Species Details

Anther are the incredibly rare result of a humanoid race and a member of a draconic sub line. Anther have their humanoid parents body and tend to be very attractive however most people are turned away from them because of the large fin-like wings on their backs that vary in color depending on their draconic parent. Anther have no race specific gods but tend to worship the gods of their parents races. Due to their insane rarity they are often kept as pets by cruel kings and nobles. Due to their unearthly beauty they where once worshiped as demigods by some humanoid races and still are in most elvish kingdoms. Anther are sometimes concidered a type of dragonborn and are treated as angels by them however an Anther that has children will never give birth to another Anther. Anthers personality tend to be based around their type although it is not a set effect and can vary

-Red: Red Anthers draconic parent is a red dragon. Combat loving, chaotic, they tend not to care about the world around them preferring to hack and slash through their lives

-Gold&Copper: Gold & Copper anthers draconic parent is a gold or Copper dragon. Gold & Copper Anthers are known to be really persuasive and as such tend to be found ruling kingdoms of vast wealth. Some extremely rare gold & copper Anthers are known to have the ability to turn things to gold or copper by touching them.

-Silver and White: These types of Anthers tend to be very Skilled, rivaling the best dwarven and Elven craftsmen. Anther have been known to create legendary blades sharp enough to cut through stone walls like butter.

-Bass and Bronze: A type of Anther that tends to be very intelligent, most Brass and Bronze Anthers become powerful mages and wizards that weave spells that lift even the mighty sea into the sky. Some say their is a might Anther city in the clouds created by these mighty minds.

-Blue and Green: Very adventurous, these Anthers are the most common of the anther types and a human might be lucky enough to see one in their life time. Blue and Green Anthers are known to lead adventuring parties made of people they have taken a liking to through dangerous areas. Unlike Red Anthers, Green and Blue Anthers will take simple quests to help a village defeat a goblin horde or save a little girls cat from a tree only to find out the cat is a demon lord and-

-Black: Chaotic but kind, Black Anthers tend to be stealthy classes and have high charisma, they will go into your house late at night and steal your gold... and your women! Black dragons are viewed with suspicion by most races however more intelligent races such as mind flayers with employ them as assassins and saboteurs.

Languages: You can speak, read, and write in common, draconic, and one extra language of your choice. They are fond of sprinkling their speech with words borrowed from other tongues: Orc curses, Elvish musical expressions, Dwarvish military phrases, and so on.

Age: Anther reach adulthood in their late teens and tend to live up to 200 years however some have been known to live to around 1000

Size: Anther: vary widely in height and build, from barely 5 feet to well over 6 feet tall. Regardless of your position in that range, your size is Medium.

Alignment: Anther tend toward no particular alignment. The best and the worst are found among them.
