Homebrew Bosmer Species Details

Rejecting the formalities of the civilized world, the Bosmer discarded lavish living for a life in the wilderness, among nature, the trees, and animals of Valenwood. In fact, their major cities are actually located in giant walking trees that roam the forest province. They decorate their bodies to resemble their forest surroundings, and many view them as barbarians. This view is supported by the fact that most Bosmer follow the Green Pact, forbidding them from harming the plant life of the forest in any way. As a result of the pact, Bosmer are traditionally carnivorous, and the most adherent to the Green Pact do not waste any part of a kill, even if the kill is an enemy combatant. Despite their infamy, they are known to be extremely quick, both in mind and body, and are widely considered to be the best archers in Tamriel, as well as being very proficient thieves.
