Telepathic connection
If you are talking to another Lyncis, it may talk back to you, even against your will, as you can to it. If you are a different type of Alien, a Lyncis can still talk to you, but you can't talk back.

Subrace of Alien.
Fly
This does not take up your turn, it just works like normal walking. If you wish to fly 50 ft. and then walk 30 ft., that will take up your turn. You can also use your turn to double fly, in which you go 100 ft.

Telepathically lift
You can lift two objects per long rest. The only times when you can't do this is when suffering from exhaustion level two or higher, or when you're in any other condition that's not blinded, deafened, invisible, or poisoned. You can only lift objects that are 15 lb. or lower.
