Homebrew Vulpisi Species Details

Vulpisi are fox-like humans that have tails, ears, fur, and paws, but can stand on two feet.  They can hold things in their front paws. They can switch between all fours and two feet.  They are usually mistaken for foxes when they are on all fours.  They are a race from Eberron, and no one knows their originality.
