You retain your humanoid character statistics but you are only allowed to use your unarmed/Natural strikes.
You cannot wear armor or wield weapons. You can choose to have the equipment you are wearing either merge into your form or be dropped to the ground. You gain no benefit from equipment that is merged into your form.
You can't cast spells, and your ability to speak or take any action that requires hands is limited to the capabilities of your beast form.
You may use your Bonus Action to make an additional Claw attack on an enemy target you are attacking.

You are vulnerable to silvered weapons in all forms.

But you are resistant to being poisoned and immune to Disease as well.

While you can control your form most days, During intense battles and on the night of the full moon, the beast within you swells. At the start of the night of a full moon you must make a DC16 Wisdom saving throw and during battles you must make a DC10 Wisdom saving throw (on a success you gain control. On a failure you give in to your animalistic urges) or you will transform into a frenzied version of your hybrid form. During this time, the DM has control over what your character does; however every 30 minutes you may re-roll your saving throw to take back control (If caused by intense Battle and fail saving throws. Each time you re-roll the DC increases by 1 until a maximum of 20). Once you make the saving throw, you retain control for the rest of the night.

You gain proficiency in Stealth and can take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of your turns.

As a bonus action you can transform yourself and take your second form. You transform can transform into a wolf and take all his capacity but you keep all your abilities score, all your skills. You can revert as a bonus action whenever you want.

You have advantages on Perception &  Athletics Checks because your wolf senses heighten your smell and hearing

You can speak, read, and write common and two other languages.

When in your wolf state your speed doubles.

Shape shifting takes a lot of energy. After shifting back into your humanoid form, you sustain 2 exhaustion levels for ten minutes. You are always ravenously hungry, always wanting food and searching for something to eat.

Which means that in dark and dim conditions, you can see in dim light within 120 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light.
