you do not take any damage during a battle but after words you do. unless you take enough damage to kill you out rite then then the blazing glory feature is activated right before you die.

if the blazing glory feature gets activated than you get to move toward one creature take them down with you. meaning as you die you can use your last reserves of strength to destroy your enemy.
