Love at First Light
Androids enter the world the moment their eyes open. Androids similar to warforged are created by various arcane users and researchers in hope of creating artificial life. They're main difference is that while warforged are made out of wood, stone,or metal; Androids are created through transmutation spells and experiments. Their creators have learned how to turn magic into matter creating physical and mental qualities. Doing so gave Androids a mind of its own, this allows many Androids to make life decisions and live on their owns.
Flesh Metal
Unlike Warforged, an Androids body is covered in a flesh like material. The metallic skeleton and alchemical wiring within their bodies are protected by both magic and science. 'Flesh' covers the internal components of the Android giving it a rather organic look.
Droid Meets World
Androids have and interesting place in the world. Many androids are created for a sole purpose, however, some are brought into this world on a whim or even by accident. While not fully amongst the living, but definitely not dead many Androids tend to "find" themselves on strange and bizarre adventures trying to question their own existence.
Names
Most Androids adopt names given to them by their creators. Others take names based upon the type of work they were intended for. Ie Bender, Cutter, Killing Machine 3.0.

Age
Most androids are created as Adults, although it is possible to have a adolescent Android. They enter the world at 0, but because of their composition it is unclear how long they live for. Many scholars are under the assumption that they could live indefinitely.
Alignment
Most Androids inherit the morality, or lack thereof, of their creators. As it is their magic and will bringing the Android to life. It is not uncommon for an Android to reject those morals and create their own. Androids tend to be neutral until they can make the decision for themselves.
Size
Your size is medium.
Constructed Resilience
You were designed to have remarkable fortitude giving you the following benefits:
- You have advantage on saving throws against being poisoned and you have resistance to poison damage.
- You do not need to eat, drink, or breathe.
- You are immune to disease.
- You do not need to sleep and magic cannot put you to sleep, however, you do need to recharge for at least 6 hours.
Languages
Your can speak, read, and write Common and two other languages of your choice.
The Right Tools for the Job
Your body has been designed to give you the ultimate edge no matter the situation. You choose one body modification at 1st level, another at 3rd level, and another at 5th level.
Body Modifications
Level 1
- Finned Feet. You have fins on your feet that grant you a swimming speed equal to your movement speed.
- Fleet Footed. Your feet have micro thrusters installed into your soles granting you +5 to your movement speed.
- Hooked Hands. Your hands have microscopic hooks or a gripped texture that grant you a climbing speed equal to your walking speed.
Level 3
- Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 30 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can discern color in darkness, only shades of green.
- Programmed Armor Training. Memories of using and training with armor have filled your mind. You gain proficiency with one armor of your choice and shields.
- Programmed Weapon Training. Memories of using and training with weapons have filled your mind. You gain proficiency with one simple and one martial weapon.
Level 5
- Thick Skin. Your AC increases by 1. You gain this benefit whether or not you are wearing armor or if you are wielding a shield.
- Thrusters 2.0. The thrusters in your feet have been upgraded. You gain a flying speed equal to your movement speed for one minute. You can activate your thrusters a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all expended uses of it when you finish a long rest.
