Homebrew Yenro Species Details

NEW BREED

1/4 orc 1/4 human and 1/2 gnome they stand from 4' to 5'7" and can weigh anywhere from 95 to 115 pounds. most are of a stocky build, naturally muscular and intelligent. they tend to be fiercely rebellious in their nature, and are resilient to being knocked out.

They are a curious and impulsive race, with some tenacity to being cautious to new surroundings.

AGE

They mature around 50 years old and can live to be upwards of 300 years of age. their strong connection to the gnomish side of the family tree leaves the genetics of long lasting life.

Strength, Constitution, and Intelligence increase by 1

You have advantage on Intelligence, and wisdom saves against magic

Relentless endurance

When you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you can drop to 1 hit point instead. You can’t use this feature again until you finish a long rest.

Darkvision

Thanks to your orc blood, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

Yenro Traits

The Yenro are a half breed between a half-orc and a Gnome

ability score increase

you gain an increase in your strength, constitution, and intelligence due to your natural aptitude as a breed of half-orc, and gnome.

gnome cunning

you have advantage on intellegence, and charisma saving throws against magic.

Relentless Endurance

If an attack were to knock you down to 0 HP, you may use your reaction to instead drop to 1 HP. This feature is usable once per long rest.

Darkvision

You can see for 60 feet in any direction in shades of grey. You can see as if you were in dim light, and cannot discern colors. Shapes are hard to discern at a distance.
