Amp waves are an open species that are very sound based.  also when Describing your amp wave make sure to note if you have a large or half vent

+2 Charisma, +1 Constitution, Can hear up to 15 meter radios and through walls. Can hack into technology with tail. Will take damage from exposure to large amounts of water.
