Suula Traits

Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity and Intellect are increased by 2

Age. Suula reach maturity around age 6 and typically live for 40-60 years. No Suula have died due to age, Suula never stop growing and die from organ failure once they get too big. There have been a few mythical Suula that have lived to be 100+ and are truly enormous.

 

Alignment. Suulatend towards lawful neutral. As tribal survivors in a harsh world, their culture pushes them to do what's best for the tribe without consideration what that does to outsiders.

 

Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet, you have a swimming speed of 30 feet, and you have a flying speed of 30 feet.

 

Limited Amphibiousness. You can breathe water and air, but need to be submerged at least once every 4 hours to avoid suffocating.

Control the sea. As a devotee of the Akua, you can call on the magics of creation.

You can cast Fog Cloud and Shape Water with this trait. Starting at 3rd level, you can cast Create or Destroy Water. At 5th level you can cast Water Breathing. At 7th level you can cast Control Water. Finally at 9th level you can cast Dominate Person. Once you cast a spell with this trait, you can't do so again until you finish a long rest. Intellect is your spellcasting ability for these spells.

 

Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common, Sahuagin, and one language of your choice.
