Homebrew Changeling Dragon Species Details

To say that you were a normal human with normal parents is to say average but not for you. A mother who's a changeling and a father who is a dragon, a full-blown dragon somehow ended with what looked to be a human and wonder how does that work? Beats me but you wanting to know if you can morph like your mother or if you can breath fire like your dragon and I'd say yes to both. As you grow older and in power you began to go through puberty to which you began to grow dragon claws, a tail and a pair of wings. You will be able to sooner or later you can become to be a full dragon.
