Perhaps the most remarkable part of your body is your tongue. This remarkable muscle can stretch up to 10 feet long, and you can use it to grab stuff a normal hand could do. The tongue cannot use weapons or activate magic items, but any strength (Athletics) check you make with your tongue is made with advantage. Additionally, you can use your tongue as a natural weapon with the reach property. If you hit with them, you deal bludgeoning damage equal to 1d4+ your strength mortifier, instead of the damage on a normal unarmed strike.

As an action on your turn, or as part of your reaction, when you get the choice to make an opportunity attack, you can make an attack with your tongue. If you hit, the target is grappled (DC 8+your proficiency bonus+ your strength mortifier) and takes acid damage equal to 1d4 +your strength mortifier). While you are grappling a creature with this feature, you cannot use your tongue attack, and you can only have one target grappled by this feature at a time.

You can read, speak and write Common and Bullywug. The language of the Bullywugs is the same that normal toads and frogs speak, and it is their native tongue. Therefore, common can be quite a chore for them to speak, since it contains a larger variety of words. Most Bullywugs speak common in a simple cave-man way, shortening normal sentences to basic sounds. For example, “Hi, my name is Myrglek, what’s your name”? would translate into the Bullywug gesturing at himself and saying “Myrglek”
