Beyond the clouds, stretching into the upper Attmos dwell the Aerodyne. A quiet Peaceful land floating higher then the peaks of the tallest mountains.
The Aerodyne are light folk but sturdy just the same. Descended from the Ancient immigrants of another world they dwell in humongous floating cities. Where they keep watch on the mountains and barren lands. Seldom do they drive their cities above others; They like to keep themselves away from Grounders.
Light and Sturdy
Their bodies tend to be half the weight of other creatures of the same size. They have tough skin and a hard bodies weathered by extremes in the high environment's.
With height ranging from 5 to 6 feet for the males and 6 to 7 feet for the females their weight is effectively half of that of the same height human. While the males only weigh 45-75 pounds the Females being taller can weigh in at 80- 115 pounds.
They are Slender and athletic in build. Females tend to be curvy, whilst males have broad shoulders and narrow hips; they tend to look more stalky.
Their skin tends to be in shades of white and grey like the clouds, however some sub races are a stark sky blue in skin color. Eye color can be shades of blue, sunrise red, white and grey; hair color can be in shades of Sun like gold, sky blues, storm greys and puffy cloud white.
The Aerodyne lead simple lives ranching Pegasus and farming mana; a corn like seed. others devote their long lives to the sciences and arts.
Ancient mindset
Aerodyne can live well over 1000 years. They are friendly and Upbeat even in the most dire of circumstances. The Aerodyne as a whole look down on almost everything, and for them the sky is freedom. When Aerodyne see Grounders in trouble they either pity them or decide to help. When out and about with their duties or roaming the skies, they are always filled with joy. When disputes happen they cast lots to settle the score. Loaded Dice are looked upon like theft and are dealt with by community service and good deeds.

Their Magic allows them to meld Technology and nature creating cloud walls and keeping them out of sight in the skies. Aerodyne hunt game, gather food, and grow Manna. They are highly talented and wise. Their cunning work and inventions strive to be useful beautiful and elegant.
Aerodyne encountered on the ground are commonly Martial combat specialists, artists, or sages. Elven nobles compete for the services of Aerodyne instructors to teach swordplay or magic to their Adult or skilled children.

The height you can control increases with every level by a multiplier of 3 starting at level 3; for example level 3 can make a creature or object within a five foot sphere, in range float 9 feet off the surface of ground directly beneath it. You can make anything in a five foot sphere weightless for one minute you may cast on anything in a 15 foot radius of your body.
