Homebrew Warforged with Material abilities Species Details
There are 5 new Warforged subraces. They are Ironforged, Frostforged, Mudfordged, Flareforged, and Stoneforged.Each one has special abilities based off of their form (Ex: Frostforged can freeze people when it punches them).
Warforged with Material abilities Traits
WOW! SUCH TALENT! AMAZING MOVE!Flareforged
Made of coal and other ores that get set on fire, you can suddenly burst into flames and other cool stuff.
Warding Flare
If you take at least 10 fire damage, you get set ablaze. All metal weapons that touch you do half damage to all enemies for 1 minute. Anyone who touches you with their body is set ablaze.
Made of coal
You have resistance to fire damage.
Frostforged
Made entirely of puffs of snow and sheets of ice, your life is usually spent in cold places, and hot places make you melt. Frostforged usually are solitary creatures, but occasionally follow other frostforged until there are 3 or 4 of them.
Frosty Fist
You have a +1 with unarmed strikes.You do 1d6 damage, and on a 5 or 6, you freeze your opponent. They must make a strength 15 saving throw on their turn or take 1d4 cold damage.They can also cast a spell that summons fire and it takes them 1 minute to unfreeze.
Frozen Form
You have gotten used to cold environments. You have advantage on saving throws against being frozen, and have resistance to cold damage. You cannot be frozen by magic or natural means, such as being at the south pole.
Ironforged
Forged of a mishmash of metals, you're a very tough dude who no-one wants to mess with.
Iron Form
As an action, you can choose to harden, adding +3 to AC for the next round. You must take a short rest before using this ability again.
Iron Fist
You have a +1 to unarmed strikes. You do 1d8 bludgeoning damage. On a 1 or 2, you can punch again.
Mudforged
It's about to get messy. You're made of mud.
Oozing shape
When a creature gets a critical on a slashing attack, one of your limbs falls off and becomes a small mud ooze (Gray Ooze stat block).
Sticky Form
When someone attacks you, you have a damage reduction of (Your Strength modifier x2 + 4). Your AC is 10. You cannot raise this with armor or shields, but you can with magic.
Stoneforged
Made of many rocks, including stone, granite, and obsidian, you are slow, but hard to hurt.
Obsidian Hand
You have a +2 to unarmed strikes. You do 1d8 bludgeoning damage. On an 8, they become trapped in obsidian. They must make a Strength 17 saving throw or be restrained.
Solid Stone
You have a +2 to AC and are resistant to cold and fire damage.
