Homebrew Crocodilian Species Details
Crocodilians possess an alien and inscrutable mindset, their desires, and thoughts driven by a different set of basic principles than those of warm-blooded creatures. Their dismal swamp homes might lie hundreds of miles from the nearest human settlement, but the gap between their way of thinking and that of the smooth-skins is far greater. The crocodilians are tribal nomads who tend to either stay in or near large swamps. They are lead by a single crocodilian who is their chieftain; the chieftain usually has conquered a great beast or has committed a great deed. Crocodilians usually travel in groups of three to six, however, it is not unheard of to encounter a lone crocodilian looking for glory or one that has been exiled from his clan.
