Homebrew Copriat Species Details

The Copriat evolved from Elves long ago, when they migrated to Hadal Zone. Their bodies adapted to breathe using the surplus of nitrogen in the air, rather than the oxygen that the area lacks. They formed a cultural bond with dragons that they found there, which were all good, regardless of whether they were Chromatic or Metallic. When a child is born, their parent takes them to the Dragon Nest, and leaves them inside. The child will instinctively huddle up to one of the eggs for warmth. In the morning, the egg they huddled up to is the one they chose, and will hatch to be their companion for life.
