Homebrew AI Hologram Species Details

It is an AI chip in the middle of a hologram. The hologram acts and talks and walks like a human. It has human characteristics. However, the AI can turn off its gravity to burrow, climb, fly and swim as fast as light. Hitting the AI does nothing unless the chip in the center of the hologram is hit. The AI can self-repair though that takes an action. It can self repair unless its health drops below half. Then the AI needs a long rest to recover. The AI can be whatever class and gender. The AI itself can develop personalities or be whatever personality you prefer. Although the AI was coded (by any race you choose) it can have false memories if you prefer. Or it can simply spring into existence. The AI can change its appearance at will. The AI can wear armor as it can make its hologram feel solid. It cannot cast magic unless the AI chip is enchanted. The AI is proficient in anything it is coded with so you can make the AI proficient in anything. The AI can make its hologram disappear but then it would be a talking chip on the ground.
