Cursed Werewolf Race Details
Same size and age and alignments as normal humanoids. These werewolf’s have been cursed either through birth or by being attacked by a werewolf and surviving. They look like normal humans when not in their wolf form, but when the full moon comes out they transform into a hulking beast the size of a dire wolf that rampages until dawn.

Cursed Werewolf Traits
Supernatural Healing
As a bonus action can heal 1d6 + Con. Mod. A number of times equal to your Constitution Modifier, Per long rest.

Advantage on all Perception checks
Wolf Resilience
Advantage on saving throws against being poisoned
Resistance to poison damage
Vulnerable to wolfsbane and disadvantage against being poisoned by it
Vulnerable to silver
Full Moon
During the apex of a full moon the character goes through extreme pain and torture and turns into a savage wolf. For a few hours that night you get a plus 5 to Str Dex and Con Allowing you you succeed the maximum of 20. Your walking speed increases by 10ft. You can both claw and bite per turn. You have a bonus to hit: Prof + Str or Dex. Claw deals 2d6 + Str or Dex and bite deals 2d10 + Str or Dex.
Curse of Lycanthrope
You can transform to a werewolf or half wolf, where you still stand on two legs at will, losing 3 hit points when transforming. Your Strength and Dexterity ability score gets a +3 bonus. Your base walking speed as full wolf is set to 40 feet and 35 in half wolf. And you can use your claws and teeth as an unarmed strike.
You do know, however, how to speak with other canines while in all forms.
Damage Immunities
Lycans are immune to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from non magical attacks that aren't silvered
Blood of The Wolf
When you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, your inner wolf takes over and you are unwillingly transformed into your hybrid form placing you at 1 hit point. You can’t use this feature again until you finish a long rest.
Pack tactics
You have advantage on attack rolls against a creature if at least one of your allies is within 5 ft. of the creature and the ally isn’t Incapacitated.
