Homebrew Asteri Species Details

Lost in Space

Thrust into a world it never knew, Asteri must define their own reality in a world that doesn't want them. Their skin is a deep shade of black and navy blue, with small glowing lights spattered amongst their body. Two large, rounded eyes would glow brighter from what would be his head, and a crest of a moon is displayed on his forehead. Two rounded astral horns curve around his head, from the back to the front. They aren't connected, they float on a point of origin. 

Asteri Traits

Asteri have better vision in darkness granted by living in deep space for an extended period of time. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light.

You gain the ability to cast the cantrip Light with no components required, and the Word of Radiance cantrip at 1st level. At 5th level, you gain the ability to cast Aura of Life.

You are naturally resistant to Radiant damage.

Skill Versatility

You gain proficiency in Nature and one more skill of your choice. 

Ability Score Increase

Your strength is increased by 1, and your constitution is increased by 2.

At 5th level, you gain access to the Aura of Life spell. You may use this once per long rest.

Language

You can speak, read, and write Common and Celestial.
