Homebrew Xolotl Folk Species Details

Magic has caused an "abomination", an axolotl that stands on two legs, and can live on land. Xolotl Folk, due to who they were before magic mutated them can swim and breathe in water. They average at 3 feet tall. They are very cute. I can't think of anything else to say.
