Your Dexterity score increases by 2 but you get a -1 constitution due to having hollow bones

Avian shifters can live up to 2000 years 

Alignment

Avian shifters tend to take up good, lawful and  natural alignments.

Size

Avian shifters' size depends on what bird you turn into, they are often between 5 to 6ft tall but bigger breeds such as eagle owl shifters can be up to 7ft tall.

Speed

Your base walking speed is 40  feet.

Flight

You have a flying speed of 50 feet. To use this speed, you can’t be wearing medium or heavy armor.

Talons

Your talons are natural weapons, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with them, you deal slashing damage equal to 1d4 + your Strength modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.
