Jolly Little Elves

Christmas Elves are small creatures and average 3-4 1/2 feet tall and 60-110 lbs. All Christmas elves have pointed ears and bright upturned features that are usually filled with large smiles. They are nimble and quick, most elves possessing slight builds. Elven hair is usually in the brighter colors of the human spectrum, with golden blondes, chestnut browns, and fiery reds. Elves are happy and helpful and most will go out of their way to help you through a tight spot. Christmas elves are almost single mindedly focused on getting ready for a great Christmas as their entire year revolves around Santa's big run.

Elf Names

Most Christmas elves have happy, silly names derived from toys, candies, Christmas related items, or literary devices. Examples include: Jingles, Holly, Dum-Dum, Bing-Bing, Cane, Twinkles, Coco, Ribbons, Jolly, McSnuff, and Buddy.

Your Christmas elf character has a number of traits in common with all of Santa's elves.

Languages

You can speak, read, and write Common and Elvish. Christmas elves speak a different dialect than those from the southern regions. It is close enough to retain effective communication, but the particulars of the language would be lost on anyone who had never known a North Pole dweller.

All Christmas elves are proficient with tinker's tools and carpenter's tools.

Christmas elves usually live anywhere from three to five hundred years.

Alignment

Almost every Christmas elf is good. They are family centered people and taught to love and bring joy from the time they are born. Many enjoy harmless pranks, but very few harbor any ill intent towards others. On the rare occasion and elf shows true maliciousness to his kin, he is banished to the South Pole.

Christmas elves average 3 to 4 1/2 feet tall and weigh about 80 pounds. Your size is Small.
