Desert Bulette Traits

Desert land-shark

Standing Leap

The bulette's long jump is up to 20 ft. and its high jump is up to 10 ft., with or without a running start.

Hardened Senses

You have resistance to sensory impairing attacks

Tremorsense

A monster with tremorsense can detect and pinpoint the Origin of vibrations within a specific radius, provided that the monster and the source of the vibrations are in contact with the same ground or substance. Tremorsense can’t be used to detect flying or incorporeal creatures. Many burrowing creatures, such as ankhegs and umber hulks, have this Special sense.

Claw

Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) piercing damage.

Deadly Leap

Can consume all movement and this turns reaction to leap 15 ft. and tackle a creature. The creatures must succeed on a DC 16 Strength or Dexterity saving throw (target's choice) or be knocked prone and take 14.5 (3d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage plus 14.5 (3d6 + 4) slashing damage. On a successful save, the creature takes only half the damage, isn't knocked prone, and is pushed 5 ft. out of the bulette's space into an unoccupied space of the creature's choice (if a creature is larger than the bulette it automatically passes the save).

Kick Up Dust

As a bonus action when standing on dirt, sand, or other loose ground, you can kick it at the opponent and they have to make a DC 14 Con save or be blinded until the end of their next turn.
