Homebrew Stitchfolk Species Details

In the grand design of the world, no race is more unique than the Stitchfolk. Though they look like ordinary humans at first glance when completed, their forms are sewn and crafted. Animated cloth and thread, the magic that created them affords them no single static form. In my travels I have encountered stitchfolk with inconceivable variations and alterations. They are a singular people as varied and unique as all other races together, yet live in supportive communities regardless of origin or, if my reader will pardon the pun, the cut of their cloth. It is difficult to write a chapter on the Stitchfolk and capture how wildly different each individual is.

Cut from the Same Cloth

Sitchfolk, or Cloth People, are sapient golem-like creations crafted from animated fabric. Hemp, Silk, Cotton, regardless of the material, once a Stitchfolk is sewn together and the fiber that animates them sewn in, the magic that animates them makes the cloth as real as flesh and blood. Though their bodies are held together by stitches, they have the strength of any normal humanoid that shares their form, and feel like warm living creatures to the touch.

Stitchfolk Names
