The worms of the olden days were great builders that built vast underground empires. They are closely related to eldritch horrors which names cannot be pronounced. Many worms choose to group up in attempts to survive since they are so rare in the modern age.

Posted Jun 6, 2021First of all, you literally have one trait. Where are the languages, weight/height, age, alignment, and so on? And it should say "as an action" not takes the place of an action. And also, that trait is WAY op. Between combats, you can fully heal at no cost in less than a few minutes, as well as basically having infinite in-combat healing.
