Homebrew Undead Species Details
So many unanswered questions.
You awaken on the cold, hard ground. Your body feels both broken and numb. Your mind in a haze. You can barely remember anything at all. Who are you? Where are you? How did you come to be here? Why does your body feel the way it does? Suddenly, you hear a groan coming from your left. As you pull yourself of the ground, you notice three things. You are on a battlefield, covered in blood and decay. The corpses of the battle are being to move and animate. And lastly, you are one of them.
A new question comes to you; why are you not dead?
Coming back from the dead can be a traumatic experience. It's also not suppose to happen. As such, most don't take kindly to seeing an Undead. But here you are so now it's your job to find out why you are back. Or maybe you remember and it's time for you to complete the task you've been given. Either way, you're back and it's time to get moving.
