The Arakee are a race of spider-like centaurs, hidden within dark pockets of deep caverns. They are a curious kind, seeking to add to their collection of knowledge, yet are fearful of the outside world, oh so unfamiliar and unknown to the Arakee.

The Arakee are very adept to cavern life, allowing for a higher sense of their surroundings and an advantage over prey. Your DEX score is raised by 2.
Age
The Arakee live for quite some time, around 50 years longer than the average human lifespan.
Alignment
The Arakee tend towards any Neutral aligment, ranging from curious to sceptic.
Size
The Arakee are closely proportionate to humans, standing between 5-6" and considered a Medium size.
Darkvision
Accustomed to life underground, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 75 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray
Arakee Webbing
The Arakee can naturally secrete a webbing similar to a spider's that is instead stronger, making it a useful tool for making durable items. You learn the Web spell and you always have it prepared.
Spider Climb
The Arakee can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.
