Homebrew Undead Tabaxi Species Details

• Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 2, and your Charisma score increases by 1.

• Age. You cannot die from natural causes.

• Alignment. Tabaxi tend toward chaotic alignments, as they let impulse and fancy guide their decisions. They are rarely evil, with most of them driven by curiosity rather than greed or other dark impulses.

• Size. Tabaxi are taller on average than humans and relatively slender. Your size is Medium.

• Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.

• Darkvision. You have a cat's keen senses, especially in the dark. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

• Undead Protection. As an undead, you are immune to disease, poison damage, and you have a resistance to necrotic damage. 
  
  
• Undead Persistence. After dropping to zero hit points, you do not make death saving throws. If a creature hits you three times, while down, you will permanently die. However, if you are able to be left there, after 7 days, you will rise again.

• Undead Nature. You do not need to eat, drink or breathe. You still require long rests, and sleep.
• Undead Curse. If you are killed with radiant damage, or if someone else tries to resurrect you with magic while unconscious, such as create undead, or if someone uses a ritual spell like gentle repose, which targets a dead person and lets them not come back as a non- on dead for at least 10 days, those can permanently kill you. Along with something such as destroy undead, that level five Klarich get, the challenge rating will still apply; It’ll be very complicated.

• Undead Drawbacks. You are vulnerable to radiant damage, and are counted as an undead. Any spells or affects that affect Undead, would affect you.

• Cat's Claws. Because of your claws, you have a climbing speed of 20 feet. In addition, your claws are natural weapons, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with them, you deal slashing damage equal to 1d4 + your Strength modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.

• Cat's Talent. You have proficiency in the Perception and Stealth skills.

• Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice.
