Homebrew Ancient One Species Details

A human who made a deal with a long forgotten Entity for eternal life in return to being sworn to destroy the forces of evil. While immune to the effects of aging, they can still be killed. Since they traded their souls away, when they die they cease to exist on all planes of life, save for the one the Entity lives on. That plane however has been lost to time.

Ancient One Traits

After making their deal with the Entity and living for thousands of years, Ancient Ones have traits that help to preserve their lives and hunt down evil.

Ability Score Increase

Your Intelligence score increases by 2, and your Wisdom score increases by 1.

Soulless

An Ancient One doesn't feel love or compassion, and can't be charmed in anyway. They are also highly resistant to persuasion, deception and intimidation.

Monster Hunter

AS part of their dark deal with the Entity, the have an increased ability to find and destroy aberrations.

Long Lived

You don't need to study history when you've lived it like the Ancient Ones.
