With their frightening speed and perfect features, Anti-Cupids appear to be deadly but beautiful to humans and members of many other races. They are slightly taller than humans on average, ranging from well over 5 feet tall to just under 6 feet. They are more slender than humans, weighing only 100 to 145 pounds. Males and females are about the same height, and males are only marginally heavier than females.

Anti-Cupid's coloration includes the normal human range and also includes skin in shades of tan, pale white, and light pink, hair of black or dark pink, and eyes like pools of liquid obsidian or ruby. Anti-Cupids have no facial and little body hair. They favor elegant clothing in dark colors, and they enjoy far-ranged weapons.
