Homebrew Candy Soldier Species Details

Appearance

The candy soldiers can be red, blue, green, yellow, purple, white, black, and striped. The striped candy soldiers can be any two colors mixed.
They always have their natural armor on and they look as if they are wearing plate mail.

Candy Traits

Candy Armor

You can't wear armor and your AC is naturally 15

Candy Color

Red - Resistance to fire and +1 to strength
Blue - Resistance to ice, water, and +1 to intelligence
Green - Immune to poison and +2 to charisma
Yellow - All attacks count for 1d4 radiant damage
Purple - All attacks count for 1d4 necrotic damage
White - Gets a +1 for wisdom, dexterity, and charisma
Striped - Gets the bonus of both colors

Alignment

Candy Soldiers are almost all Chaotic Good or Neutral Good

Size

They are 2ft tall to 4ft tall and they weigh 30 - 50lbs. They are considered small.

Speed

40 ft Walking, 0 ft Burrowing, 15 ft Climbing, and 30 ft Swimming

Languages

Candy Soldiers do not speak common. They speak in Sylvan and Cand. (Cand is their home language and Sylvan is only spoken by their nobles.)
The scholars of their lands know common and 1 other.

You can choose to be one of the following in the candy kingdom

-Soldier
-Commoner

Candy Swiftness

You get a +2 to dexterity due to your small size and stature

Candy Endurance

Upon not resting in 24 hours you do not gain a point of exhaustion until 24 more hours pass.

Yes, this means every 48 hours you take exhaustion over the normal amount.

Hungerless

As a Candy Soldier, you do not require food. However, if you do eat something it has to be sugary or sweet. If it isn't roll a d6 and deal poison damage.

If a candy soldier is fighting alone their determination will raise their AC by 2 for the fight and if they win their AC will permanently be raised.
