Homebrew Demidraco Species Details
Spawns from the union of humans or elves and dragonborns, how these crossbreds came to life as functional beings is a mystery to many scholars.
In some ways, Demidracos are more "dragon-like" than Dragonborns, with stronger scales ranging from an infinitude of colours. Their claws are also stronger, and their eyes see in the dark.
The Demidracos suffer much with prejudice. Their only partially scaled skin makes them look ill, and their eyes makes them look hellish. They aren't "greeted with fearful incomprehension", but avoided and whisked.

Languages
You can speak, read, and write Common, Draconic, and one additional language of your choice. Draconic is thought to be one of the oldest languages and is often used in the study of magic. The language sounds harsh to most other creatures and includes numerous hard consonants and sibilants.
