Homebrew Anthrian Species Details

Once ancient followers of the God of Primal Instinct Malar, during the curse plague they were afflicted with a curse that devolved their bodies and eventually their minds to primal savagery. In fear of persecution, they fled to a land north of the land of dragons where they lived in tranquility with nature. Unknowingly turning into the very beasts that they communed with to contact Malar.

Only in the recent century they were rediscovered and reintegrated into society when the Northern Atherian Trading Company was searching for new resources to resurge a new market boom. Like most new nations being discovered, they weren't greeted with open arms. There were territory disputes but it ultimately lead to the Anthrian tribes signing a pledge of surrender to the NATC allowing them access to their resources and the NATC cannot destroy their religious sites.

Anthrians resemble upright ape-like creatures that possess immense strength and wisdom. With their connection to beasts and nature they utilize their curse to their advantage gaining an upper-hand when a chaotic situations goes south.
