Homebrew Akukonta Species Details
This race of raccoon humanoids is at home in the wilds as it is in the city. They are masters of survival and are more than willing to steal what they can't get through other means.
Pronounced Ah-coo-cone-tah
A small raccoon people, akukonta range from 3-4' tall and 45-55 lbs. Thin and light of frame, they are quick and cute, but lack pure physical strength.

Age: Mature at 10, live up to about 50.

Akukonta Traits
While humanoid in appearance, they retain the raccoon's sharp teeth and strong jaw as well as their very sensitive and dexterous paws.Raccoon's Finesse
Picking a lock, palming a card, or telling one coin from another just by touch are simple tasks for you. As such, you are granted natural proficiency in Sleight of Hand.
Feral Bite: d4+1 piercing damage
Humanoid in stance, you still have the sharp teeth and strong jaws of a raccoon. In lieu of weapon attacks, once per round you can attempt to bite using your natural weaponry doing d4+1 piercing damage.
Ability Modifiers
Your Dexterity and Charisma scores increase by 2, but your Strength score decreases by 2.

As befitting their ancient raccoon ancestry, Akukonta are masters at living off the scraps of other societies and can not only surviving, but thrive in many places others can not. As such, you are granted a natural proficiency in Survival.
