Homebrew Aguja Species Details
The result of magical experimentation from a long dead arcane institution, these quasi-intelligent succulent plants are native to the Desert Wastes of Mahr, and most cling to and grow up on the ruins of the area. However, some emerge from the ground fully sentient. These Aguja grow, vine-like, towards the site of a massive battle from a long ago war, and eventually settle into a suit of armor. once they have fully grown into it, the control it like a body, allowing them to move about and explore. Generations of Aguja are taken care of by their sentient relatives, although some leave to explore the world.
Typically human height, with the occasional vine or needle sticking out from inside of the armor, these plant beings are typically shades of vibrant green under their armor. Some have sparse but beautiful flowers blooming from them, especially in areas not covered by armor completely, like from the face region of helmets.

Long Spines
The heavy bodies of Hardy Bract are covered in hundred of small, thin needles, but in specific locations, they can choose to grow out their spines. This grants them a natural weapon attack, styled as they please. For some, it's hornlike spikes, for others, it resembles living claws. It depends entirely on the condition of the armor and the grooming of the Hardy Bract.
