Homebrew DemiPhoenix Species Details
The DemiPhoenix is a Half Phoenix Humanoid that was created 257 years ago when the Phoenix High Council decided to mate with different humanoid creatures across their circle of control . The DemiPhoenix can use and master basic fire and heat magic from their Phoenix Ancestors, but due to them only being half phoenix, the magic wont be as powerful unless the subject decides to truly master it. According to The Phoenix High Council, Hosting a DemiPhoenix is illegal unless they are a direct descendant of the Phoenix High Chairman (Equivalent of Emperor in Human Governmental Conditions).
