Homebrew Candlen Species Details

These candle like humanoids are essentially Xovoth's version of Warforged. When the native Xovothians began to tinker with the thought of immorality, they managed to put the souls of the nearly lost native Xovothians inside of an ever lasting flame. The flame would then attach itself to an unmeltable wax body, thus creating a new, practically immortal, race entirely, the Candlen. The only four ways a Candlen can pass away is through putting out their own flame, being turned to stone, passing by exhaustion, or being attacked/affected by any form of cold. (The hp of the Candlen is not affected until anything related to the cold comes into play). Candlen keep their past memories but also gain a language called Candle-ish as well as still being able to speak Common and Xovothian.

Since Candlen are only reborn with their soul and no mind, all Candlen are completely immune to psychic damage and are proficient in both intelligence and constitution saving throws.
