Homebrew Alzonian Species Details
Imagine The Flash's, Sonic's, Goku's powers mixed together. You're a speedster that has the ability to run at speeds of mach 5.2 - infinite speed (as fast as desired), but Imma break it down into smooth brain d&d terms.
Alzonian Traits
Alzonians can the manipulate energy within their bodies for speed, power, & transformationsHyper Reflexes
The user has hyper agility, reflexes, senses, balance, athleticism
Quick Thinking
The user has a hyper speed intellect, thinking/ learning ability
One Healthy Individual
The user is resistant to any type of earthly & manmade chemical or poison due to their aura
Living Med Kit
The user can use their healing factor to regain lost hp

Aura Shield
Due to the power core in their chest, the user has a natural aura body shield around them at all times to protect them. That's also part of the reason they have resistances to shit. The aura shield creates a selfsustained habitable atmosphere within itself so the user can breath in space & water if needed.
Energy Manipulation/Detection
The user can manipulate/detect self sustained &/or manmade energy sources in living or nonliving things. Cannot absorb outside energy for power boost, but can either drain or input energy to affect an item (like a phone, generator, or light or some shit). Can sense other organisms' energies in their body to alert the user for potential allies/ threats.
Arc Reactor
This acts as a hyper improved heart for the user which they draw all of their power from. All Alzonians have this, but each have their own unique designs, and power types (but I'm keeping it as one thing 'cause I don't feel like doing more work).
Life After Death
When the body dies it turns to a cocoon-like state as a singular, intangible small orb of blue light. After a week of this state, the body reforms in its normal state, but weaker due to the amount of energy it takes to reset. The body regains its full power after a period of 4 days. That means you can't use anything after level 4 for 4 days after your body come back to life. When you do eventually wake the **** up, add 36 hp to your health.
Homing Attack
It's a technique that allows the user to swerve during a Spin Jump, automatically zeroing in and striking a nearby enemy with a midair Spin Attack.
Energy Shot
You can channel you energy into your hands from your Arc Reactor to fire a ball of energy out of them.
Hypersonic Punches/ Kicks
A volley of quick punches & kicks. These blows are powerful enough to crack/ break down the AC of any armor by 3 each time the move is used, & will break bones if target is wearing common or green rarity armor.
Energy Stomp
It is a technique that involves the user performing a powerful stomp into the ground to destroy obstructions & enemies.
Hyper Speed
The user can move at Hypersonic Speeds - Infinite Speeds (Mach 5.2 - as fast as desired/moving in stopped time)
Spin Dash
When doing so, the body curls into a ball as a sphere of solid light molecules form around the user. This allows them to roll around at any given speed effortlessly. The user can also control the direction of the sphere while inside as if it were a natural, everyday occurrence.
Super Strength
The user can lift from 200 tons - 6000 tons max
High Jump
The user can jump from 46ft - 260ft max
