Homebrew Amalgamate Species Details

Blobby black gelatin, this creature was created on accident. At the beginning of it's life span a small black blob the size of a sportsball going mostly unnoticed by it's creator. Untill it started growing, mimicing the humanoid form of the one that summoned it. These creatures come from a modified version of find familiar gone wrong and as such have the ability to change into the forms of many animals, and will learn more forms as it gets older and more experienced.

Starting at 2nd level, you can use your action to magically assume the shape of a beast that you have seen before. You can use this feature twice. You regain expended uses when you finish a short or long rest.
