Homebrew Angelos Species Details
Angelos were born of a political marriage between the Aarakocra and the Kalashtar. Originally one would not have thought them to be... compatible, but the child born of their union would inevitably rise to nigh unimaginable power.
Angelos Traits
As an angelos, you have certain traits in common with your people. Being able to fly at high speed starting at 1st level is exceptionally effective in certain circumstances and exceedingly dangerous in others. As a result, playing an angelos requires special consideration by your DM.Mind Link
You can speak telepathically to any creature you can see, provided the creature is within a number of feet of you equal to 10 times your level. You don't need to share a language with the creature for it to understand your telepathic utterances, but the creature must be able to understand at least one language.

Your Dexterity score increases by 2, and your Wisdom score increases by 1.
Age
Angelos reach maturity by age 10. Compared to humans, Angelos don’t usually live longer than 60 years.
Alignment
Most angelos are good and rarely choose sides when it comes to law and chaos. Tribal leaders and warriors might be lawful, while explorers and adventurers might tend toward chaotic.
Size
Angelos are about 5 feet tall. They have thin, lightweight bodies that weigh between 80 and 100 pounds. Your size is Medium.
Speed
Your base walking speed is 25 feet.
Flight
You have a flying speed of 50 feet. To use this speed, you can’t be wearing medium or heavy armor.
Languages
You can speak, read, and write Common, Aarakocra, Auran, Quori, and one more language of your choice.
