Homebrew Centipeople Species Details

Centipeople:

Living in tribes:

Most often centipeople can be found in forests living in small tribes, with one leader and the rest being followers. Their houses are very simple shelter and do not necessarily look as beautiful. Most centipeople are born in their tribe and end up spending their entire lives there. The furthest most go is into the forest to hunt. There are exceptions though, some centipeople feel like they are meant for more, and leave their tribe at a young age.

Sneaky:

Centipeople have a knack for lying, as in their tribes it's everyone for themselves. They will often be selfish, greedy and harsh. But when one opens up, they will be overly protective and caring of their friends, partners and family.

Insectoid features:

Centipeople have a centaur like body. With the upper half being mostly human, with some insectoid features, and the lower body being almost fully centipede like. They have varying amounts of legs, with the average being between 4 and 10 sets of legs. They also have pinsirs around their head and often have some type of scales and antenna. Though they stand between 5 and 7 foot tall, if you were to measure one in it's full length, it would get closer to 8-10 feet.

Cautious encounters:

Centipeople have to live with the same fate a lot of Tieflings and Half Orcs do, due to their strange appearance people will often avoid encounters with a Centiperson at all costs. People who don't often abuse them for looking like freaks. Though it should be said, there are Centipeople that have risen to the top and now live as high end businessmen and women.
