Energetic Pokemon who refuse to rest until their internal flame dims and diminishes, causing them to fall victim to a drowsy spell. They retract their limbs into their bodies when sleeping, sometimes causing them to aimlessly roll about; accidentally knocking into objects or tumbling down a slope or two.
