Homebrew Woodwalkers Species Details

Woodwalkers are trees with mana flowing through their entire being. Brought to life by some mysterious fey, they usually hide as a tree on the outskirts of ciities. If angered, they can level a small town in their humanoid form. They have this miraculous ability to change and contort their body in many ways, and have learned over the years to shift into different animal forms too. Their actual form is the type of tree that they are akin to, however, their base humanoid form is about the same size of an average human. When dealing with people, they mask their bodies and face so they aren't feared by tha masses.

Woodwalkers Traits

Woodwalkers can shape their bodies in wondrous ways, and can learn to manipulate them into ways beyond imagination.

Natural Armor

Your wood skin gives you a natural armor that can’t be below 12. 

Rooted Entanglement

You put mana into your feet and extend your roots to bind someone in range. You can use the entangle spell once per shirt rest without using a spell slot

Wooden Strike

Your unarmed strikes now do 1d4 bludgeoning damage.

Language

You can read and write Common, and Sylvian

Fey Assistance

At 6th level, you can use the Summon Minor Fey spell once per long rest.

Ability Score Increase

Your Constitution Score increases by one, your Wisdom increases by one, and your Strength / Dexterity increase by one.
