The bard, far from home and low on rations stumbled upon a wolfs den halfway buried in the mountainside, having no other ways forward she moved further into the cave noting the voice that seemed to follow her wherever she went “Why are you here?” it asked, at first, she played it off as some trick of the mind...or worse an illusion. She never saw it coming when a wolf emerged from the shadows casually walking forward while speaking to her in common.

No hands
Due to you being a wolf, you are unable to use items that require two hands or fingers to use, as well as you cannot cast spells with a somatic component or material component due to how you cannot carry them.
Bite
You gain a innate melee weapon attack that you can use so long as your mouth is not full or gagged. The damage equals 2d4 plus your strength modifier, and you are proficient in this attack.
Dexterous Muzzle
due to your advanced intellect of being an awakened creature, you now understand how to use simple items in your mouth such as a sword or dagger (ask DM if needed), you are unable to speak clearly and cannot use your bite attack while you have an item in your mouth.
Keen senses
Due to your wolf lineage, you have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell. You have proficiency in perception

You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice.
