Homebrew Dragon vr. 69 Species Details

It has been told countless times child, the tales of their power, their intellect and of the magic that was born within them. Yet not all these tales are true, some exaggerated to make for more thrilling stories to excite the young hearts of children, others fairy tales told by the great storytellers of our time and times past. Yet no matter the story, no matter the exaggeration, no matter the fairy tale, one thing always remains told true, they are Dragons by name and dangerous by nature. Creatures taller than any human upon their birth, and growing to tower over the tallest castle at adulthood, covered in scales tougher than any armor, with claws longer and sharper than blades, fangs longer than your head, wings stretching as far as the nights sky and eyes so keen and sharp they'll spot even the smallest of creatures from miles away. It would do us no good to forget the storms of fire, ice and lightning raining from their mouths, oh they are fierce beasts and yet they are the things of wonder.

Many dream of meeting one, for most however it is their worst nightmare, for they are reminders of the calamity that fell this world into destruction and chaos. They are the ones that gifted us with their wisdom, granted us the ability to wield the powers of magic, they were once our protectors, our guides towards knowledge. For all they gave to us they felt we owed them more, obedience, loyalty and most of all we were their cattle. Of course those of the past did not agree with this, they rebelled, they fought and destruction was all that greeted them. For they were humans and the others they fought against, well, son, they were Dragons.

And Dragons cannot be killed.

A Story from a caring father, Odarion Clove.

When using your breath weapon, creatures in your breath must make a Dexterity or Constitution (depending on ancestry) saving throw against a DC that is equal to 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus. If they succeed, they take half damage, if they fail, they take full damage. Your breath weapon does 2d6 damage of the same type as your resistance damage type. Your claws are a natural weapon, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with it, you deal piercing damage equal to 1d6 + your Strength modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike. You can use an action while in your humanoid form to shift your hands into your Draconic Claws, however, this reveals your Draconic nature to anyone within a 120-foot radius that can see you.
