Your full form shows the full might of the abyss, though be wary of how this will effect you in the material plane. You have four arms that allow you to switch weapons and grab items easier. Claws that can come for your toes or be brought back in allow you to have a climb speed equal to your movement speed. Having a sort of animal skull for a head, black energy fills the void of your eye sockets and have some sort of color in the form of a dot that shows your iris and gives you darkvision. This does not come without drawbacks. Whenever you are not hiding these features and trying to prevent others from knowing what you are, those that would be disgusted with your kind makes you have a -2 in any charisma check against them as well as the possibility you may be attacked by those of the cloth.
Miasma Breath
You let out a 15ft cone of what appears to be a heavy smoke. Anything touch by the smoke will find it cling to them and works its way through their flesh. Anyone hit by this breath attack must make a Constitution saving throw DC 8 + your Constitution + your proficiency taking 2d6 necrotic on a failed saving throw and half as much on a successful one. This increase to 3d6 at 5th level, 4d6 at 10th, and 5d6 at 15th.
