Homebrew Dixeritis Species Details

Tricksters by nature

With their unreal speed putting all races, unlike most of the stereotypes of the other races of which it shares it's fey ancestry, they are tricksters will see a fat dwarf throwing back ale like air and cussing like a sailor who stubbed their toe for the 600th times in the past hour, and fill their ale with soap to washout their mouths just to make a lame pun. They are very uncomfortable with the idea of death and throw it off with humor which turns into a paradox of pranks, death, and  pain until the Dixeritis comes to terms with the mortality of it hero's and friends.

Wham, Bam, Shang-a-Lang

They are quite capable in combat their downfall being the lack of discipline required of true fighters. If one could master the art of self control they would be the scourge of war. They are as rare as they fast while they are being raised they are told stories, so they are likly to be entertainers in their future some making their own sound effects during combat.

True Nomads

Here is the thing about Dixeritis as a race is they do not have clans or long term family's. They do not dislike others presence but to them, there is not room for politics and caution in a life lived to the fullest . When It comes to romantics and monarchs if you have a Dixeritis as a partner or king you will know they only seek your best interests or the said kingdoms they rule over. The tough part about anything to do with these creatures is they have a supercharged case of ADD or ADHD and have short attention spans.

 

 

Dixeritis Traits

Commonly dismissed as dreams when spotted, Dixeritis are speed reptilian rabbit speedsters.

 You have advantage on all actions where you would like to climb, but can still perform complex actions while climbing.

Blindsight

Dixeritis. don't have eyes, but can effectively see through echolocation. By constantly whistling a sweet tune, you emit an inaudible frequency and detect its reflection. Using this, you have blindsight up to 30 feet away, regardless of light. You are blind beyond this radius, however, and cannot perceive light, color, or any other visual phenomenon. You can't be blinded by light, but while deafened, you are considered to be also blinded. Other Dixeritis can hear this tune.

Age

Dixeritis have lifespans comparable to Elves. You reach adulthood at about 150 and live to be up to 1,000 years old on rare occasions in which said person lead a humble prankless life.

Alignment

The Dixeritis way of life has 0 room for petty social standings and such problems that come with royal family's. That being said you do not mean to be malicious or evil unless you make your character as such or threw magic.  This leads you to tend to be Chaotic Good.

Extra arms

You have four legs on your bottom half but an additional two arms you use for writing ,eating ect. can add your extra two arms while sprinting to gain 10 ft of extra movement.

You are between 4-5 feet and weight about 150 lbs on average. Your size is Medium.

Your base walking speed is 50 feet.
