Physical Description

Atlanteans are anthropomorphized fish people that vary in color, size, and skin. Some Atlanteans can vary from being 3 feet tall, to being around or over 8 feet tall. The Atlanteans are similar to humans in appearance, except their skin tends to be slippery and glint slightly in sunlight. These oily secretions help them swim more effectively, and protect them from temperature changes between land and water.

History

Over many centuries, the Atlanteans have been a peaceful race, being friendly to all races. Though they are hated by other races for interacting with other's natural enemies, Atlanteans still are cheerful people. Atlanteans have been shown to act as a support to bringing supplies during wars, to acting as a medic for battles. Other Atlanteans have left their colony to become an adventurer at the ripe age of 16. 

Society

Most atlanteans never leave the area where they were born, preferring to remain close to their families. Because of these close bonds, the atlanteans are fiercely protective of the ocean environment, and of their communities. Proud warriors of the oceans, the Atlanteans will often fiercely fight to protect the waters from corruption, war, and death. Atlantean men & some women are raised as warriors, while other women are to stay home and take care of their young.
