Homebrew Wolf Formling Species Details

Can transform into a wolf at will and gains certain attacks, but loses the ability to use most weapons. They can only transform every 10 minutes. Loses no armor or health in wolf form, but immediately fails charisma saves and checks since it cannot speak. All other checks do not change except for strength which has advantage.
