Homebrew Bajie Species Details

The bajie are a hearty and gluttonous race of pig-like humanoids who enjoy a good fight as much as they a good meal. Whilst not inherently aggressive, they always do love to test their skills of combat against another opponent, typically monkeys. Even though they are quick to a friendly bout, the bajie are traditionally farmers, and good ones at that too, their crops being rumoured to have restorative properties. The only time that one can get a bajie to fight seriously is when one disrespects their farm.

Many say it is a good thing that bajie are so good at farming since they have humongous appetites to match. Being able to eat just about anything, the bajie will not hesitate to put anything in their mouth so long as it looks at least remotely edible.

Having an old rivalry with humanoid monkey clans, both they and the bajie are quick to squabble and do battle, but in the end, have a great deal of respect for one another
